This tactile-based app offers 14 different visually interesting and calming scenes. Touching a scene causes different effects depending on the scene. The cause and effect logic varies across the scenes, but they all react to touch in some way. Customization options include bell sounds, color palette themes, thickness of lines for scenes with line imagery, and the ability to enable or disable your choice of scenes depending on users' interests. Developed especially for individuals with Autism in order to reduce sources of sensory stress, this app is meant is to be used as a tool to calm the user by offering relaxing visualizations, and may be especially beneficial in this regard if environmental inputs and distractions are kept to a minimum. The app can also support those with Autism and other sensory-based needs by providing a mechanism to explore cause and effect in an inviting manner.
